The IT Survival Guide is an educational outreach of Illuminova, an IT support company located in Northern Delaware.  We serve small- to mid-sized business in many capacities: Desktop Support, Backups / Restoration / Disaster Recovery, Internet connectivity and security, Windows and Linux Server Support, Network Engineering, and even Application Development from time to time.  Our clients come from our local area, and most are now more friends than customers.

Stephen Worden, Illuminova's owner and Chief Technologist, has been in the Computer industry full-time since 1979.  A short bio can be found here.  He has worked for Fortune 100 corporations and small business, too, gaining a well-grounded insight into what works for each individual business.  He spends half his time running the company (wishing it was less) and half the time working with clients (wishing it was more).  How can we help you, today?
